A careful move, guided from binders to a living record.
Most of our customers have never migrated software before. So we built onboarding for offices that keep records on index cards — five steps, a specialist beside you, and no data touched until you approve it.
~2 MINUTESTell us your cemetery's name, state, and a contact. That's the whole first step — no card, no sales call to unlock a demo. You're in a working account the same day.
Business verification (KYB)
1–2 DAYSBecause you're entrusting us with deeds and trust funds, we verify your organization before any records are imported — entity, authority, and the people who'll hold administrator access.
- Entity and good-standing check
- Authorized signer confirmed
- Administrator identity verified
Data import & mapping
1–4 WEEKSThe heart of the move. A migration specialist takes your records — however they exist — maps them to the record model, and shows you a validation report before a single record is committed.
Branding your public site
~1 DAYPoint your domain, upload your mark, set your colors, and choose what the public may search. The memorial site and family portal appear under your name — not ours.
Go live
LAUNCH DAYPublish. Your public site is searchable, your office works from the record, and families get portal invitations. Your specialist stays on for 30 days, and support answers the phone after that.
Questions offices ask before they move
Do we lose access to our old records during the move?
No. Your existing system stays exactly as it is until you've reviewed the validation report and approved the import. Nothing is switched off on our schedule.
What if our records are only on paper?
That's common. Ship us your interment cards and ledgers; we scan, transcribe, and attach the images to each record so the original is always one click away.
Who owns the data?
You do, without qualification. You can export a complete copy of your records at any time, and we return everything if you ever leave.
How long until we're live?
A small grounds on spreadsheets can be live in two to three weeks. A large cemetery with decades of paper takes longer — the import step scales with the record, and we won't rush it.
