Branding your public site

Point your domain, upload your mark, set your colors, and choose what the public may search. The memorial site and family portal appear under your name — not ours.

Privacy controls are yours: decide field-by-field what appears in public search and what stays internal.

LAUNCH DAY

Publish. Your public site is searchable, your office works from the record, and families get portal invitations. Your specialist stays on for 30 days, and support answers the phone after that.

Questions offices ask before they move

Do we lose access to our old records during the move?

No. Your existing system stays exactly as it is until you've reviewed the validation report and approved the import. Nothing is switched off on our schedule.

What if our records are only on paper?

That's common. Ship us your interment cards and ledgers; we scan, transcribe, and attach the images to each record so the original is always one click away.

Who owns the data?

You do, without qualification. You can export a complete copy of your records at any time, and we return everything if you ever leave.

How long until we're live?

A small grounds on spreadsheets can be live in two to three weeks. A large cemetery with decades of paper takes longer — the import step scales with the record, and we won't rush it.
