Agreement
These terms govern use of the platform by cemetery operators and their authorized users. By creating an account you agree to the finalized terms published at launch.
Accounts and access
Operators are responsible for their staff accounts and for the accuracy of the records they manage. Staff access is granted by invitation; families access only their own records.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access data belonging to another cemetery, bypass tenant isolation, or misuse authoritative records.
Billing
Subscription pricing and entitlements are described on the pricing page and in your order. Availability of modules follows your plan.
Liability and changes
Final limitation-of-liability and change-management terms will be provided by counsel.
